I think people should realise that this is still the new toy on the block. So every wannabe pirate wants to play the game. Give it a few weeks/a month and people will realise that the percentage falling for it, does not equal the time put into it...

While it is true that implants are only representing isk, they usually represent a sum that is well above the cost of a ship or 5 - or 50 if you fly frigates. And such an amount people don't see themselves replacing easily. They can't adjust that...
